Also known as a Master Plan, the Community Plan will establish a vision for future growth. A Community Plan is a document that identifies goals, objectives, guidelines, policies, and strategies for Loma's transition from a rural to urban community.
A Community Plan is a general, forward-looking growth plan for the Loma Community. It includes several main sections: demographics, infrastructure, transportation, housing, public facilities, and future land use. A Community Plan is primarily concerned with the placement and allocation of future land uses. The future land use plan will serve as a guideline for future development. Types of land use include: residential, commercial, industrial, and parks and recreation.
