The comprehensive planning project consists of seven general phases. The project team is currently performing tasks within Phase 2 and Phase 3.

The Data Book has been completed and is available for download within the Documents page. The Data Book describes the existing parks and recreation facilities, cntains a community character assessment, and also details Alliance demographic information.

A series of focus group meeting recently took place. The results and details of those meetings are currently being summarized. Stakeholder interviews are currently being conducted. All interviews should be completed by the week of October 22nd. Information will be summarized in order to develop Issues, Goals, and Objectives for the community.

The second advisory committee meeting will take place either the week of December 3rd or the week of December 10th. The intent of the second advisory committee meeting is to present Issues, Goals, and Objectives derived from community input tools.
